Where are we based?

Based in Pottsville and servicing the Tweed, Byron and Gold Coast area, at Pets & Palmer, we offer a range of pet services including walks, pet sitting, and pet stays.

Your pets stay whilst in our care:

Your pup (or pups) will be looked after at our home in Pottsville, just a short walk from the beach. We only care for one person’s pet(s) at a time, so we can give them the full attention and care they deserve. This is also ideal for pets that need a little space or may not enjoy being around other animals. Our home is a kid-free zone, and we have a fully fenced yard—perfect for ball games and zoomies! Your pet will be treated like the VIP (Very Important Pet) that they are!

Pets staying overnight will be inside our home. It’s best to bring their own bed, if possible, so they feel more comfortable—but we can provide one if needed. They’ll return to you feeling happy and pampered.

How to book a pet stay or walk with Pets & Palmer:

For most bookings, we use the Mad Paws platform, which includes a convenient booking calendar, messaging system, and full insurance—so you know your beloved tail-wagger is in safe hands and covered from head to tail.
