How do I book a session?
Simply use our Contact Us form with the session you would like, date and pet or pets you would like photographed and we will get back to you asap.
What if I need to cancel?
We try to be as flexible as possible as we understand things can change in peoples busy lives. Please contact us within 24 hours of your planned shoot time and there will be no charge and we can rearrange your session time and date.
We want to feature in the photos, is that ok?
Yes, no problem! Your pet loves you the most, so we would love to get a few shots of you spending time together but of course this is a pet shoot and your pet will be the main focus.
Who can come to the photo session?
Anyone can come along but we want your pet to feel as comfortable as possible in front of the camera to get the best possible shots. You know your pet best and who or what might distract them. :)
What pet services do you offer?

My dog is unwell or can't leave our home, can you come to us?
Yes, we can! We understand some older pets may need home care so we are happy to come to you.
How can I prepare for our photo session?
It’s best to make sure your dog has had an opportunity to burn a bit of excess energy the day of a photoshoot and hasn’t eaten too much. If your dog has long fur on their face, I would suggest ensuring their eyes are clear of fur and easily visible. Bring along anything you know your pet loves, like a toy or their favourite treat.
How long does it take to receive the photos?
Editing is an important part of your pet photography session, we aim to return finished photos within 2 weeks. At busy times it can take a little longer.
What if the weather turns bad?
We try our best to shoot in most conditions, but we want you to get the best possible photos, so if the weather is not playing nice, we will rearrange the shoot for another date.
Where do you travel to?
We are based in the Northern Rivers NSW and travel down as far as Ballina and up as far as Brisbane. However, we are always open to travelling further and are happy to discuss this, so just contact us.
Do you do commercial shoots?
Definitely, Laurence spent a longtime in marketing so knows how important great product images are. Have something in mind? Just contact us and we can discuss.
My dog can't be off the lead, is that ok?
That's totally fine. We are able to remove leads in the editing process. However, harnesses and collars are not removed so please bring your favs if they can't be removed.
What camera equipment do you use?
I use professional Canon cameras and professional lens. I have a range of zoom and prime (fixed distance) lens. This allows me to capture up close moments as well as high speed zoomies in the best quality.
Do you have gift vouchers?
Yes! Giving a photo session as a gift is a great idea and we can organise this for you along with a voucher you can print. Just contact us and we can organise this for you.
